All the options are there under Edit Menu MS PowerPoint 2003. All of them are related to the reduction of the excesses in the file.

Undo (Ctrl+Z) – Edit Menu MS PowerPoint
Cancels the last command run through the Undo option in Edit Menu MS PowerPoint 2003.
If you type a word and it gets delete somehow. So you can undo it and bring it back.
Repeat (Ctrl+Y) – Edit Menu MS PowerPoint
Repeats the last command run through the Repeat option in Edit Menu MS PowerPoint 2003.
If you have brought back the deleted word and want it, you can redo it.
Cut (Ctrl+X) – Edit Menu MS PowerPoint
With this option, the selecte object or text can be delete from the page. The delete object or text is save to the clipboard.
Copy – Edit Menu MS PowerPoint
The object or text selecte by this option is copy to the clipboard.
Instead of typing a word bar, I prefer to use the copy option.
Office Clipboard – Edit Menu MS PowerPoint
This option is use to open the office clip board pane.
In which cut, copied thing is present. You can bring it whenever you want.
Paste (Ctrl+V) – Edit Menu MS PowerPoint
Through this option, whenever you cut or copy any file or text or object.
So it is present in the clipboard. The object or text present in the clipboard can be brought into the page.
Paste Special – Edit Menu MS PowerPoint
Edit Menu In MS PowerPoint 2003, use this to take the copied or cut object or text in different modes by Paste Special.
Like – RTF, HTML, JPEG, PNG, GIF, etc.
Paste as Hyperlink – Edit Menu MS PowerPoint
Through this option, two two files are link. To do this, first of all, the file that has to be link.
Select and copy any character from its text to identify which file’s text it belongs to.
After that the file to be link. Open the file where you want to bring that character.
Click on this option by keeping the cursor in that place. The copied character will appear at that place.
Now whenever you move the cursor on that character, the cursor will change as a hand.
Clicking on this character will open the linked file.
Note- The file to be link must be save.
and the file from which the word text is copy. That file must be save.
Clear (Del) – Edit Menu MS PowerPoint 2003
With this option, the select object or text can be erase.
You can delete the selected object or text without copying it to the clipboard.
Note- The cut object or text can be brought back with Ctrl+V. But not the ones that were deliver.
Select All (Ctrl+A)
All the pages in the page or file use this to select text images etc.
This work can also be done easily by pressing the shortcut Ctrl + A button from the keyboard.
Duplicate (Ctrl+D)
It is use to duplicate or duplicate any select object or image.
Delete Slide
With this option, you use it to delete any select slide.
Find (Ctrl+F)
You can find any letter or word through this option in Edit Menu MS PowerPoint.
Method – On clicking this option, a dialog box will open, where in the box of Find What, write the letter that you want to find.

After that click on Find Next, that letter will be select. And if you want convenience in addition.
So click on the more button on the left side of Find Next. In which other options will be visible, there is a drop down box name search on the left side which has three options.
(1) All will find it all over the page. (2) Up will find it from above. (3) It will find it from the bottom.
Match case:- By clicking on this check box, the word you are looking for. Type it into the find what box just as it is on the page.
For example, if capital is in later then write in capital later and if in small later then write in small later.
Find whole word only :- By clicking on this check box you can find only word. Whether it is in capital later or in small later.
Replace – Edit Menu MS PowerPoint
You can change any searched word through this option in Edit Menu MS PowerPoint.
Method- By clicking on it, a dialog box like Find will open, where only in the box of Replace with, write the word which is to be replace by the word that has been chose.
Replace will replace one and replace all, but wherever that word is it will be change.
Go to Property
You can go to the property through the Goto Property option in the Edit Menu MS PowerPoint. Where you can see all the details of your file.
Links – Edit Menu MS PowerPoint
This option is use to update the linke object present in the document.
Method – First of all, click on the object option in the Insert menu, the following dialog box will appear.

In this, by clicking on the tab button of the create from file, select the file that you want to bring through Browse.
After this turn on the check box of link to file and turn it OK. The linked file will appear in your document.
Now to make any changes in it, click on the link option in the edit menu. The following dialog box will open.
Object – Edit Menu MS PowerPoint
This option is use to make changes in the object brought from another program.
Method- To run this, click on the object option in the insert menu.
A dialog box will open where select any program in the box of object type.
For example – this program will open as soon as you do Corel Draw then OK.
Here as soon as you close the program by creating an object, this object will reach the open file.
Now use this object option to make any kind of change in this object. There are two options under this.
(1) Edit by clicking on this option, you can make changes in the brought object.
(2) Convert will only show the name of the program from which the object is brought in the Edit Menu MS PowerPoint.
