All the options present in this View Tab in MS Word 2007 are related to the page. That is, changing the mode of the page, and bringing the toolbar to the page as you wish.
Note- down at the top of the page. Spread your page all over the screen etc.

Document Views in View Tab in MS Word 2007
Print Layout:- By running this option, the page will appear in the same way as the print will come out. For this, they usually work in the same layout.
Full-Screen Reading: – In this view, one page of the document will continue to scroll in front of you. Which makes the document easier to read.
Web Layout: – By running this option, the page will appear as Internet File.

Outline: – By running this option, a square symbol will appear at the beginning of each paragraph. You can move the Paragraph up and down by moving the mouse.
Note- That is, it can also be said in computer language. That wherever you press enter, it will say paragraph.
Draft: – By running this option, you can only write on the page. Cannot create object etc. And if the object is already creat. Then it will not be visible.
Show/Hide in View Tab in MS Word 2007
Ruler: – This option is used to fetch and removing rulers.
Document Map: – By creating this frame, only one list of Headings will be shown on one side. The text of the heading you click on will appear on the screen.

Note – To close it, click on the same option again.
Gridlines: – This can bring grid lines to your page in View Tab in MS Word 2007.
Thumbnails: – In this view, the left side of the document will be shown by shortening the page. Which can be accessed by clicking on that page.
Message Bar: The message Bar can be open to complete any Required Action on a Document.
Zoom in View Tab in MS Word 2007
Zoom: – Through this option, you can make your page much smaller. If you want to bring the zoomed page to normal, then click on 100%, and your page will become normal.
One Page: – With this option you can do your document page in one page.
Two Pages: – With this option, you can make your document page into two pages.
Page Width: – With this option you can make your document page in page width which will fit the entire window.
Window in View Tab in MS Word 2007
There are all the options under this. They are all related to windows. The screen of MS Word is call the window.
New Window: – Use it to open more than one window.
Arrange All: – Use it to view more than one open window.

Split: – Use it to split open windows in View Tab in MS Word 2007.
View Side by Side: – View two documents side by side so that you can compare their contents.
Synchronous Scrolling: – Synchronize the scrolling of two documents so that they scroll simultaneously. To enable this feature, turn on the side view.
Rest Window Position: – Reset the window position of the documents side-by-side so that they move the screen evenly.
Switch Windows: – This closes the window of the Current Document.
Macro in View Tab in MS Word 2007
Macro: – You can record your article by this. So that when he wants to bring it. Can bring. On clicking this option, a strip will open which has the following options.
1- Macros in View Tab in MS Word 2007
Click on it will open the dialog box in View Tab in MS Word 2007. Where in the box named Macro, type the name of the recorded macro. Then click on the Run option button. On click, the recorded thing will appear on the page.
2- Record New Macro
On clicking this, the dialog box will open. In the box where the macro name is the name with which to record the macro. Write that name and do ok. A square tool will appear on the page. And the cursor will come in the form of a cassette. Now whatever you write will be record in the given macro name.
Now, to stop recording, click on the stop recording button under the square tool present on the page. The recording will stop as soon as clicks. Now to get the record one, click on the macros option, by which name the macro is recorded. Select it and click on run. The recorded article will come where the cursor is.
Note: The dialog box that comes from clicking Record New Macro has two options.
(1) Toolbars: Can bring macros recorded by it as toolbars. So that whenever a recorded macro needs to be fetched.
Click on this toolbar to bring the recorded item into the page. Click on it will open the dialog box where click on toolbars and click on new.
The second dialog box will open. In, by typing any name in the toolbar name box. ok, the toolbar will be created with this name. Now pick the normal new macro from the box of the command by placing it in the toolbar we created. And close the dialog box.
Now whenever you click on this toolbar, the record text will appear on the page in View Tab in MS Word 2007.
(2) Keyboard: It can set text recorded in any button.
Way: Click on it will open the dialog box. In which, press the cursor in the box of press new shortcut and press any letter with Ctrl. Then click on Assign and click Close. A toolbar named Stop will appear on the page.
Now whatever you write will be recorded. Then now when the record needs to be closed click on Stop Record. Now whenever you press the shortcut, the recorded text will appear on the page in View Tab in MS Word 2007.
